Powder brows, also known as Microshading or Ombre brows is a style of eyebrow tattooing that is meant to resemble eyebrow powder or pencil makeup. Depending on the preferred style, SeAnn can create a natural, light powder makeup look, an ombre gradient or a crisp shape. It can be used to give dimension to brows where Microblading can’t. It can look very natural or very much like makeup. It is a personal preference.
Microblading is a permanent makeup procedure that is performed by a qualified technician using a special tool which houses extremely sharp needles positioned in a way that resembles and operates very much like a blade. Pigment is deposited into the superficial dermis, allowing the technician to create crisp strokes that resemble natural eyebrow hairs. Combo brows is Microblading and shading. It’s a good idea for people who have little to no eyebrow hair because it creates an illusion of depth and fullness. It also helps fill in areas where Microblading doesn’t blend well with existing eyebrow hair.
Regular eyeliner and shadow eyeliner will look more like makeup, with the former giving the appearance of liquid liner and the latter more powdery like a smoky eye. It can be as subtle or bold as desired.
